Responsibilities–
· Engage and grow client base:
o Strengthenclient relations through effective communication
o Anticipateand proactively address client issues
o Responsiblefor collaboration growth and retention

· Efficiently manage operations:
o Understand client requirements through identification ofproject scope and ensure project planning & deliverables
o Identify and mitigate project risks. Review projectsperiodically with project managers against project plan and timelines as perclient requirements
o Identificationof advanced technologies and their usage for enhancing efficiency
o Ensure ecosystem for team in terms of infrastructure, labequipment/ instruments etc.
o Collaborate and influence internal stakeholders/otherdepartments (e.g. Analytical, Project Management, HR, IT, Admin, Maintenanceetc.) to provide required resources/ services
o Responsiblefor driving data integrity, IP confidentiality and safety protocols in thecollaborations
· Ensure profitability:
o Improve profitability through efficient management of allallocated resources
o Identify new services/ business lines from existing customersfor growth
o Control cost through alternative methods/ innovationand process optimization
o Ensure timely revenue recognition
· Provide support to sales/pre-sales team:
o Provide sales team with scientific capabilities andinfrastructure related details for business growth
o Validate the project viability, provide go–no–go decision andensure necessary inputs are provided to proposal/ S&M team
o Facilitate and support sales team in deal closures/ businessdevelopment activities
· Ensure high morale andskill development of team:
o Participatein recruitment process
o Motivate,recognize and retain best talent through various reward &recognition programs
o Train anddevelop team members through Learning & Development programs
o Enhanceteam performance through periodic reviews and corrective measures
o Careermanagement discussions with team members
o Mentorteam members
