Beware of Fake Job Offers

Aragen has become aware of fraudulent activities where individuals are being approached by fraudsters through fake email IDs and domain names, which may appear similar or identical to those of Aragen and its Group Companies. These fraudsters are using the company’s trademark/logo, names of company officials, and addresses to lure individuals with false promises of employment opportunities within Aragen and its Group Companies.

Job Aspirants, Please Note:

  1. Beware of Fraudsters: Exercise caution against fraudsters who may use fake email IDs, fake social media profiles (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.), domains, websites, telephones, and advertisements in newspapers/magazines, etc. They may impersonate themselves as representatives from Aragen and/or its Group Companies and claim to offer employment, collect personal details, bank account details, or ask for advance money.
  2. No Advance Payment: Aragen, its Group Companies or any of its representatives will NOT ask for any kind of payment from job aspirants.
  3. Confidentiality of Personal Information: Aragen or any of its representatives would NOT ask for any confidential personal information. You are obliged NOT to share any confidential personal information as it may lead to fraud, resulting in fraudulent utilisation of your personal information, and money being debited from your bank account and credited to the fraudster’s account.
  4. Official Email ID: Aragen’s official email ID contains domain “aragen.com” ALONE and does NOT contain any other domain name, or in any other form.
  5. Verify Before You Trust: Exercise caution against fraudsters luring you with fictitious offers by calling you over unidentified phone numbers, fake email IDs, fake websites/domains, and/or through any other physical or electronic medium, claiming to be an employee/representative of Aragen and/or its Group Companies. Before responding to any fraudulent advertisements, telephone calls, emails, and websites, protect yourself against fraud and criminal acts by verifying:
    • The email IDs provided on the official website of Aragen;
    • The veracity of such claims from the Company’s official website www.aragen.com.
  6. Report Suspicious Incidents: Job aspirants are advised to immediately report any suspicious incident and/or incident of defrauding of money etc. as a result of these fraudulent acts and practices to Aragen at elizabeth.garcia@aragen.com / apurba.bhattacharya@aragen.com , authorities in their jurisdiction, i.e., the Police and the Telecommunications regulator, including the Cyber Crime Cell.
