Responsibilities–
· Improve delivery efficiencythrough timely shipment offinal compounds:
o Collationall required data for shipment of final compounds and share with the reporting managerfor review. Capable for handling complex and multiple shipments independently.
o Responsiblefor generating data like : rxns / chemist, shipment statistics, etc.
o LNBaudits wrt points highlighted by PM-Lead
o Escalateany deviations with respect to timelines or process to the key stakeholders in atimely manner
o Ensureadherence to SOPs and applicable policies & guidelines in the projectmanagement activity
o Ensurelabels prepared for the final compounds are as per client’s specification
o Confirmthe quantity and batch details of final compounds with the scientific/analytical team
o Reviewthe shipment related document and share details with relevant stakeholders forshipment
