Responsibilities–

 

·        Ability to carry outproduction and allied activities:

o   Carryout production activities as per guidelines & norms with supervision asmaybe required.

o   GettingBatch Manufacturing Record (BMR) from Quality Assurance (QA) and producing theproducts by following operations mentioned in BMR and maintaining on-linedocumentation

o   Receivingindented raw materials/engineering materials from warehouse and storing ofmaterials in-place with proper identification

o   Sendingin-process/intermediates/finished products/equipment cleaning samples to QCalong with TI/ATR sheet.

o   Collectingthe sheet from QC and attaching it to respective BMR and handing over theexecuted BMR to QA

o   Fillingup of status boards of equipment assigned during the shift

o   Handing/ Taking over the position of batches/equipment from/ to concerned during ashift change

o   FollowingcGMP and safety guidelines/ precautions

o   Ensuredocumentation as specified / required

o   Ensuringthat good housekeeping practices are maintained both inside and outside theblocks

o   Performancechecking of the balance as per schedule.

o   Provideequipment for preventive maintenance as per schedule and giving work order tomaintenance department whenever a problem is identified with respect to thatparticular equipment

·        Ensure safety at workthrough enforcement of good manufacturing practices:

o   Followsafety & quality systems in the plant.

o   Maintenanceand usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.

·        Ensure skill development ofself:

o   Improveknowledge of production techniques / processes, etc. through one on onediscussions with supervisor/ regular classroom trainings/ project trainings/further educational programs etc.

o    Focus on developing behavioral competencies through behavioral training workshops and feedback discussion with manager
