Deputy Manager for Project Management-

Qualification           :  BTech(Chemical) /MSc(Organic Chemistry) with 6-8 yrs of experience in pharmaceutical/chemical industry.

Work location        : Hyderabad

Scope –

This role is responsible for providing project management support to delivery teams for developing project plan, delivery schedule, critical project milestones and identifying customer priorities/ requirements.

 Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Ensure implementation of effective Project Management processes with appropriate tools from project initiation to project closure

Ø  Prepare planning documents, including schedule and secure requisite approvals

Ø  Ensure progress reporting by participating in project review meetings at desired frequency capturing Minutes of Meetings/action items and by actively following up on action items to completion

Ø  Ensure timely and transparent sharing of information including appropriate dashboards and status updates

Ø  Active tracking of Statement of Work (SOWs) with risk identification and timely SOW amendments

Ø  Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Ø  Ensure project status reporting, project metrics tracking, all non-technical communication, etc.

Ø  Support project teams in all operational requirements

Ø  Work closely with operations and functional leads to monitor productivity of internal projects.
