Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting · Research, Identify and build lists of potential customers through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Globaldata, ZoomInfo, etc. · Cold outreach via emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce to generate top-of-funnel leads. · Help BDs prepare for client meetings with background research and account insights. · Schedule and confirm meetings across multiple time zones and regions. Territory-Based BD Support · Work closely with BDs aligned to specific geographies, verticals, or accounts. · Book meetings, calls, or demos for the BD reps in their assigned territories. · Customize outreach templates and collateral based on territory-specific needs or regulations. · Track and prioritize leads per territory to ensure optimal coverage and follow-up. Pipeline Development & Lead Nurturing · Manage and nurture early-stage leads who are not yet sales-ready. · Set reminders and execute touchpoints (calls/emails) to keep leads warm. CRM Management & Reporting · Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets as assigned by the manager. · Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM across all leads and accounts. · Assign leads and tasks based on territory alignment. · Generate weekly/monthly reports on activities, lead conversion, and territory performance for Internal leadership.
