This role is responsible for project deliverables ofmultiple collaborations with customer delight through scientific guidance andeffective stakeholder/ resource management while ensuring effective resourcemanagement and adherence to project timelines.

Technical/Scientific Skills:

•             Thequalified candidate will contribute to the design, execution, and analysis ofvarious biochemical, molecular, and cell-based assays

•             PhDdegree + Post Doc and/or industry experience (preferred) with 8 to 14 years ofworking experience in Molecular Biology and Cell Biology

•             Demonstratedexperience with high throughput screening of compounds, functional cell-basedassays such as cell proliferation and differentiation, cytokine measurements,biomarker analysis by quantitative PCR and western blot, and cellular signalingusing appropriate biochemical and pharmacological techniques

•             Demonstratedexperience with different assay platforms like TR-FRET, AlphaScreen,Fluorescence Polarization, Radioactive binding assays, Reporter complementationassays in cells, 3D cell culture assays and Flow cytometry

•             Experiencein Integrated Drug Discovery Projects

Responsibilities –

Effectively manage research collaborations:

•             Responsiblefor research partner engagement and retention for all collaborations

•             Regular/periodicupdate on studies & interpretation of data to research partners

•             Ensureenhanced customer satisfaction score

Effectively manage operations:

•             Partnerwith cross functional teams and serves as the subject matter expert in in-vitropharmacology and assay development

•             Understandresearch partner requirements through identification of project scope andensure project planning & deliverables

•             Identifyand mitigate project risks. Review projects periodically with project managers/team against project plan and timelines as per research partner requirements

•             Ensureecosystem for team in terms of infrastructure, lab equipment/ instruments etc.

•             Collaborateand influence internal stakeholders/other departments (e.g. Project Management,HR, IT, SCM etc.) to provide required resources/ services

•             Monitoron-going studies for quality and guide team as may be required

Provide support to sales/ pre-sales team:

•             Providesales team with scientific capabilities and infrastructure related details forbusiness growth

•             Validatethe project feasibility and ensure necessary inputs are provided to proposal/S&M team

Maintain data integrity & ensure safety at work:

•             Maintainand ensure strict data integrity and adhere to related policies

•             Developnecessary SOPs to ensure safety in the area of work and ensure that they staycurrent

•             Monitorusage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms
