Swapnil Wadhwa

Swapnil Wadhwa is the SVP & Chief Digital & AI Officer. He holds a bachelor degree of engineering in industrial engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, India. He also holds an advanced certification in artificial intelligence and machine learning from the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, India and advanced program in artificial intelligence from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India. He is responsible for driving digital and AI enabled transformation for our Company’s leveraging emerging technologies, managing and leveraging the overall technology portfolio (including digital, analytics, SAP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and information & cyber security) for business outcomes in our Company. He was previously associated with Holcim Services (South Asia) Limited, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd. He has 22 years of functional experience in information technology in the CRDMO and pharmaceutical sectors.
