Ramakrishna Kasturi

Ramakrishna Kasturi is the Associate Vice President – Company Secretary and Legal Affairs and Compliance Officer of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. He is a registered member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a registered associate with the Indian Institute of Bankers and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is responsible for legal and secretarial functions, corporate governance and board related matters in our Company. He has been associated with our Company since  2007. He was previously associated with Fenner (India) Limited, Amara Raja Batteries Limited, Medinova Diagnostics Services Limited and Raasi Cement Limited. He has 31 years of experience in legal and secretarial functions.
