Suresh Anubolu
Chief Human Resources Officer
Suresh Anubolu brings more than two decades of experience to the company, and is responsible for envisioning and driving the human resource strategy in support of strategic plans. Under his leadership, HR at Aragen has been transformed into a measurable, progressive and value added function. He was awarded CHRO of the Year for crafting a Sustainable Workforce Strategy, by HRO Today Magazine, USA and recognized as among the ‘Top 20 CHROs to follow in 2020,’ by LinkedIn.
Prior to Aragen, Suresh worked in multinationals including CA (India) Technologies and Symantec (India) Software, where he played a crucial role in introducing new consultative and coaching approaches to building stronger business partnerships, a people capability maturity model framework to improve processes, HRO/RPO partnerships to enhance functional efficiency, M&A framework for seamless integration of acquired companies, and an HR analytics back office to predict people behaviour, in order to take appropriate actions.
