Swapnil comes with around 25 years of versatile experience in senior-level strategic roles in process & technology driven organisations in sectors like pharma, automotive, manufacturing, media, light engineering and IT. Prior to joining Aragen, Swapnil worked at Holcim and was leading APAC IT and Holcim global digital hub to build digital & analytics capabilities. Before that he worked with reputed organizations like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, The Times of India Group, Minda HUF, General Electric (GE) and HCL Hewlett Packard.
