Dr Amit Varma

Dr. Amit Varma is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from the University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, and has passed the examination of Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. He holds an unrestricted license to practice as a medical physician and surgeon in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He was also certified as a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics from 1996 to 2003. He has been a Director on our Board since 2025. He has 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector. He has previously served as a resident in pediatrics at Stony Brook University Hospital, State University of New York, a clinical fellow in neonatal-perinatal medicine at Magee-Women Hospital, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Hospitals of the University Health Center of Pittsburgh, a director of critical care medicine at Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bangalore and a director of critical care medicine at Fortis Healthcare Limited. He is currently also associated as a director with Asian Institute of Gastroenterology Private Limited, Healthquad Advisors Private Limited and Quadria Capital Advisors Private Limited among others.
