Davinder Singh Brar

Davinder Singh Brar is one of the Promoters of our Company. He serves as the Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Delhi, India, and has been awarded the Dean’s Medal from Tufts University School of Medicine, United States. Prior to joining our Company, he served as the chief executive officer and managing director of Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited. He has been a Director and Chairman on our Board since 2004. He has also served as a special advisor to the board of Codexis, Inc. He is currently a director on the board of Madhubani Investments Private Limited, EPL Limited and Mountain Trail Foods Private Limited. He has previously held board positions at several prominent organisations, including the Reserve Bank of India, Wockhardt Limited, Mphasis BFL Limited, Maruti Udyog Limited and Moksha8. He has 42 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and CRDMO sectors.
