A seasoned commercial leader, she has built enduring partnerships and driven discovery services sales spanning Integrated Drug Discovery (IDD), chemistry, biology, invivo pharmacology and safety assessment for both small and large molecules.
Prior to joining Aragen, Ruchira held pivotal roles at Syngene, Aurigene and Piramal Pharma Solutions.
