Scale-Up Lab: From 500g to Kilogram Scale
Our scale-up lab is equipped to handle large-scale synthesis, providing an essential bridge between bench-scale research and full-scale production. Key equipment includes:
- Double Jacketed Radley Process Reactors (1L to 20L): Ideal for controlled reactions requiring precise
- Heidolph Rota-Evaporator (20L): Ensures efficient solvent removal and concentration processes.
- PAR Hydrogenators (250mL to 2L): Designed for hydrogenation reactions under varied pressure conditions.
- Autoclave/Pressure Vessels: Up to 20L capacity, capable of handling up to 100 bar pressure and temperatures up to 250°C. Suitable for multiple gas reactions.
- Vacuum Tray Drier and Hot Air Oven: Facilitates slow drying processes, decoupling it from other reaction steps.
- Centrifuge with Halar Coating and Sifter: Ensures safe and effective separation of products.
Larger Capacity Reactors: 60L to 630L
For even larger synthesis requirements, our facility includes reactors with capacities ranging from 60L to 630L. These reactors are designed to handle a variety of complex chemical processes.
- Glass Line Reactors (55L to 315L) and Hastelloy Reactors (50L and 250L): Durable and versatile, suitable for a wide range of chemical reactions.
- Wide Temperature Range: Operating from -78°C to +200°C to support diverse reaction conditions.
- Comprehensive Utilities: Including nitrogen supply, breathing air, and hot water systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
