Here we bring you an interesting chat of the High-Tea session conducted by TimesJobs on ‘Career in Life Sciences – Outlook and Opportunities’, discover how you can strengthen your career in this field.

In a chat session, Joy Dupati, Global Head – Talent Acquisition, Aragen Life Sciences said, “Life Science is a broad term, however, there are plenty of opportunities such as Research Associates, Biomedical Scientists, Microbiologist, and so on.”

On being asked about tips that one must keep in mind while giving an interview for a job in Life Sciences Joy said, “All organisations are hiring through virtual interviews these days. It’s not very different from an in person interview. Please focus on virtual interview etiquette like having enough light in your room, sitting at the right distance from your camera, muting when required and being your normal self.”

According to Joy, “Life Sciences companies are hiring freshers through campus and off campus. Please follow the companies closely through career pages and try to connect with the recruiters of those organisations or reach to employees working in those organisations so that they could refer your resumes to the TA team.”
