Aragen offers a diversity of immunization schemes and immunogens. Immunizations are performed at our onsite vivarium with instant access to different rodent hosts such as mice, rats and hamsters. We use various strains of mice for higher epitope diversity. Our vivarium staff has extensive experience with different routes of administration using a variety of adjuvants (CFA, IFA, CpG-based adjuvants, RIBI and TiterMax). In addition to in-house testing of anti-sera, samples are also shipped to clients for additional confirmation of specific immune responses.
