• This roleis responsible for project deliverables of multiple collaborations throughscientific execution while ensuring effective resource management and adherenceto project timelines.
• Provideintellectual input for various projects and independently leading project
• Leading ateam of 2-3 junior scientists and training them
• Maintainand ensure highest data integrity and adhere to related policies.
• Maintainthe lab notebooks with proper recording of data.
• Organizedstorage of the raw data in the designated storage space
• Analysisof the data and interpretation of results
• Preparationof presentations and reports
• Keepingthe project cost within the budget and tracking consumables
• Ensuringcompliance to SOPs while conducting the studies
• Maintenanceand usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.
• EssentialTeam player with good interaction with other team members
• Enhanceknowledge in the work area through formal and informal means of learning.
• Focus on developingbehavioral competencies through behavioral workshops and feedback discussionwith manager.
• Qualification:MSc/MTech in any of the applied biological sciences (Eg., Biotechnology,Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry etc.)
• Experience:Masters with 10-12 years or 2 years post PhD in an industrial set up
• Proficient and experience in transient expression using HEK293, CHO, ExpiCHO, Expi293 celllines.
• Must have experience handling and expressing protein from stable cell lines and hybridomaat large scale (1L-10L)
• Mammalianprotein expression using shake flask (25 mL to 10L scale), wave bioreactor andstir tank bioreactor.
• Additional experience in handling insect and yeast expression systems will be givenpreference.
• Experiencein molecular biology and purification techniques will be an added advantage.Descr
