Responsibilities

  • Expertise in developing and managing project scope, deliverables, risks, and resource      requirements.

  • Lead project team members to initiate, plan, schedule, execute and close projects.

  • Enhance processes to enhance a program design for the client and act as a resource internally to implement changes

  • Directs complex project communications and ensures that all project customers are fully informed      and knowledgeable of project activities and their status.

  • Manage project related resources, maintain timelines and scope of projects.

  • Actively collaborate with cross-organizational divisions, and contribute to both quality assurance and risk management tasks to ensure that project deliverables are met according to requirements

  • Organize project team meetings in coordination with Program Managers and prepares meeting minutes

  • Communicate real-time project and program information including risks to Program Lead and report to Division Head and leadership.

  • Ability to help teams anticipate, plan, and adapt to an evolving environment.

  • Provides updated project documents and information for budget reviews, Board updates and annual review.

  • Manage all version of documents starting from proposal to final reports.

  • Manages compliance related tasks.

Required Educational Qualification & Relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a life science discipline. PMP certification from PMI

  • 7+ years project management experience in preferably in a life sciences Contract Research Organization setting. 

  • Expertise in developing      and managing project scope, deliverables, risks and resource requirements.

  • Excellent understanding of the processes associated with Biological projects 

  • Excellent organization, time management, written and oral communication skills; team player with ability to effectively liaise between different teams and across departments

  • Ability to multitask and interact effectively within a fast-paced team and dynamic work environment.

  • Advanced knowledge and skills with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting/tracking tools
