Key Roles and Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of all technical tasks and data analysis associated with preclinical research projects. 

• In addition, depending on the position, it will be necessary to manage research associates who are executing preclinical assay projects for clients. 

• The candidate will be an innovative, independent and motivated professional. 

• He or she will have significant and broad experience in combinations of the following areas: maintenance of cell cultures, inventory of samples originating from the preclinical projects, cell-based assays, ELISA. 

• The candidate will be able to perform analytical assays used using ELISA, Western Blot and related techniques. 

• The candidate will have experience with troubleshooting assays and should be capable of data analysis, data presentation and interested in learning new areas of research.

Required Educational Qualification & Relevant experience

• BS, MS, Ph.D. in any discipline of Biology or chemical engineering.

• Experience in cell culture within a drug discovery organization or a CRO.

• Deep knowledge of functional analysis using different analytical techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven success working in matrix environments

• Working in an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
