Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Chemistry and Execution and scaling up of chemical reactions
- Knowledge in Process Development of New Chemical Entities (NCEs)
- Handing both FFS and FTE program projects
- Handling scale up projects
- Interpretation of Analytical Techniques and trouble shooting
- Knowledge of IP, Confidentiality, Data Integrity, GLP and GMP – Regulatory
- Able to optimize resources and cost
- Client Management – Managing multiple clients and multiple projects
- Understand the client’s requirements through identification of project scope and ensure project planning and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate projects risks
- Periodical review of projects with project Managers and Teams as per clients requirements
- Ensures the infrastructure and lab equipment and instruments
- Collaborate and influence internal Stake holders and other departments
- Responsible for Data integrity, IP and confidentiality
- Provide scientific guidance and leadership to the Scientific team members
- Provide support to sales and pre sales teams
- Ensures safety at work place through GLP
- Ensure high morale and skill development of the Team
Required Educational Qualification & Relevant experience
Ph D with Post-Doctoral Research fellow ship, specialized into Chemistry (Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry) from reputed University with 9 to 12 Years of experience
