The position will coordinate the activities and fulfilling the needs across ERP and analytics-based SAP processes.

The role will be accountable for all aspects and improvements within SAP problem management processes and manage the execution of some centralized master data management functions.
Finally, the role will help gather customer satisfaction information and feedback to help drive future efforts in SAP.
Direct management & oversight of the technical and functional support provided by AMS vendors and coordinate with functional subject matter experts across the organization.
Plan and manage all activities related to the SAP deployments spanning from expanding or adding business functionality, integrations of new line of business into SAP and enhance SAP business processes.
Responsible for analyzing customer reported issues.
Working with various subject matter experts, identify the root cause, determine the best design options and implement the solution.
Work with senior stakeholders and business process owners to understand the needs and priorities for problem tickets/help desk items.
Understand the current technical background to facilitate the assignment of SAP support help desk issues and track the resolution process.
Ensure that system fixes and/or changes to address SAP problems do not adversely affect other business processes.
Responsible for ensuring the system Change Management policies are adhered to for all changes deployed to Production.
Drive the collection of information from our end users to help with the prioritization of future work and identify the current gaps in system functionality.
