Responsibilities
  • Ensure implementation of effective Project Management processes with appropriate tools from project initiation to project closure
  • Prepare planning documents, including schedule and secure requisite approvals
  • Ensure progress reporting by participating in project review meetings at desired frequency capturing Minutes of Meetings/action items and by actively following up on action items to completion
  • Ensure timely and transparent sharing of information including appropriate dashboards and status updates
  • Understanding business priorities and actively involved in revenue producing activities.
  • Active tracking of Statement of Work (SOWs) with risk identification and timely SOW amendments
  • Enable resolution of issues in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure systematic closure of activities as needed
  • Ensure project status reporting, project metrics tracking, all non-technical communication, etc.
  • Support project teams in all operational requirements
  • Liaise with finance, logistics, Supply Chain & other Cross Functional Teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Work closely with operations and functional leads to monitor productivity while staying on top of all details.
Required Educational Qualification & Relevant experience

B Tech/MSc Chemistry/M Pharm/PhD equivalent qualification with 8 years or more relevant experience in pharmaceutical/chemical industry.
